The Battle of Love vs. Fear

By John-Michael Dumais

“And now here is my secret, a very simple secret:
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly;
what is essential is invisible to the eye.”

The so-called pandemic is offering us a stark choice: respond with love or with fear. Believe in a bright future of greater harmony and freedom, or believe in the worst and accept unprecedented levels of control over our health and lives. What we choose, moment to moment and day by day, will determine our individual and collective destinies.

Love is about trusting ourselves, our bodies, and nature; staying open to new information; and not giving in to polarization, demonization, and fearful or negative thoughts, feelings or images. Love leads to self-responsibility and the wisdom to choose a higher path for ourselves. Love recognizes the complexity of life, the human body, and society, and opens our awareness to the many paths to health and well-being. Love expands and sees many possibilities.

Fear leads to not trusting ourselves, our bodies, our nature or other people; closing ourselves off to new information and possibilities; judging or vilifying others who do not think or act like us; and giving in to negative thoughts, feelings, and images of the future. Fear leads to blame and to the need to control the perceived source and effects of what is feared. Fear blocks our perception of complexity and limits our vision to the immediate perception of risk and how to avoid it. Fear contracts and sees limited choices.

This is not to say that there is anything wrong with you if you are feeling fear these days, especially given the ceaseless broadcast of disease and death from mainstream media. Each of us is learning to deal with current events in different ways, and that can include experiencing the full range of emotions on offer. But we need not react from fear. We can feel fear and allow it to move through us, thus helping to heal ourselves and humankind. We can look at the no-choice and false-choice scenarios being presented to us, feel the energy associated with them, breathe deeply and reconnect with our trust in Life, say no to the limited viewpoints, and reach for higher choices.

We can either listen to fear, or listen to love…

FEAR says:

LOVE says:

The virus is trying to kill me and those I love!

Viruses are part of nature and part of our own biology: we each have about 380 trillion viruses in our bodies right at this moment. My immune system protects me. We can boost our immune systems to protect against almost any disease. I am not in harm’s way. I am safe.

We need to shut down schools and businesses to protect everyone.

The vast majority of people are not susceptible to dying from this virus. We can protect the most vulnerable (elderly with chronic health conditions) while keeping society open. Each person is responsible for their own health and well-being. There is no evidence that lockdowns work, and much evidence that they cause harm. There is no need to react in fear.

We need to wear masks to protect each other.

Asymptomatic people have, until 2020, been called “healthy people” and multiple recent studies show they are not spreading disease. Masks do not stop virus particles of this size and serve no purpose for healthy people in community settings — 4 decades of science are clear on this matter. Masks block healthy respiration, concentrate bacteria, and reinforce social exclusion and divisiveness. Masks are neither helpful nor necessary save but for the most well-designed masks used by healthcare workers while serving the sick. But if you want to wear one, you are free to do so.

There are no truly effective treatments. I am likely to die if I get COVID.

If I do get sick, there are plenty of highly effective treatments being used successfully all over the world. You can find them if you look in unusual places (not Google or Facebook or YouTube). Or just ask someone who might know. Even with all of the suppression of viable treatments, COVID has a 99.75% survival rate for those who contract the virus, so you are likely to survive, just as you have so far.

But people are dying!

Yes, it is sad that people are dying. But in the absence of the context of the normal deaths (and births!) that happen every day of every year, we are not being shown a clear picture of the true impacts of the virus. The evidence shows that those who are dying are average age near 80 and already have severely compromised immune systems. Locations with high levels of particulate air pollution are correlated with the worst outbreaks. Prescription drugs, glyphosate use on crops and lawns and in biofuels, and even previous vaccinations, may also play a role in creating susceptibility. The lockdowns are creating undue hardships, increasing poverty and desperation, and leading many to self-abuse and suicides. The elderly are dying in isolation and not just from COVID. I can trust my own powers of observation: yes, more people are dying this year than the average year, and for a variety of reasons, but they are not “dropping in the streets”; this is not Ebola. We need not react in fear or haste.

We must battle, contain and defeat the virus!

Viruses are, again, part of nature, and part of the human biological system. Viruses are not alive, but are bits of genetic information which must be accepted and replicated by our own bodies in order to have a health impact. According to many doctors, viruses are nature’s attempt to help us adapt to ever-changing (and in our case, worsening) conditions of our soils, food, water, air and even our so-called medicines. We can only be defeated by our unwillingness to see how we are harming ourselves, and by failing to take appropriate action to address root causes. We are not experiencing a pathogenic crisis as much as we are experiencing a crisis of long-term, widespread and thus far largely unaddressed biological poisoning.

We need the vaccine to protect us!

We should always reinforce our natural strengths first: our innate immunity. Plenty of readily available nutrients have been shown to boost our immune systems, such as Vitamins C & D, Zinc, Glutathione, Melatonin and many others. Dozens of nutrients and drugs for prevention and treatment are also available, though they have mostly been suppressed. Health is ultimately an inside job and is primarily created from our own thoughts, feelings, and actions, so upgrading our lifestyle choices offers the quickest path to immunity and health.

Modern vaccines are highly experimental and often work against our natural immune system, sometimes causing severe autoimmune disorders and even death. Most modern vaccines came into existence well after the decline of the diseases for which they are touted to have eliminated. The current COVID “vaccines” are not even like other modern vaccines and are even less well understood or adequately tested; these experimental formulations are already demonstrating serious side effects, including increasing susceptibility to the coronavirus, and even death. With a 99.75% survival rate in humans (and that’s even with suppressed therapeutics), the coronavirus does not pose a serious problem for humanity as a whole. We are already safe. But if you want to take the experimental injection, that is of course your free will choice.

I am a (possible/likely) victim to this virus!

No one is a victim, purely. Each of us has many choices to see and understand more clearly, and to recognize and act upon choices that lead to greater health and immunity; solutions abound. Each of us is a powerful co-creator with access to the keys to health and well-being. Plenty of helpful advice from caring and knowledgeable individuals is available if you look for it. The field of epigenetics shows us that our thoughts and feelings play a major role in health, as do nutrition, exercise, meditation and prayer, rest, play, and the quality of our relationships and our experience of meaning and purpose. Even death is meaningful and has its place for all living beings.

If you don’t follow the pandemic rules, you are willfully killing people’s grandparents.

Unless you are actively ill and still go out in public, for the many reasons already stated, this is simply untrue. The opportunity for us with this virus is to better understand how our health has become so compromised through poor dietary choices and environmental toxins, and why our so-called health care system so rarely offers healing and only manages to treat symptoms. The virus is a massive wake-up call to embody more truth and wisdom about our role as conscious co-creators with nature.

There’s no choice!

There are many choices. The world and life is always changing. New information and new choices are always arriving. Love and trust are always offering new ways out of our apparent dilemmas.

This viewpoint is the right one! Other viewpoints are wrong, even dangerous.

There are multiple true and valid points of view. Thousands of epidemiologists, immunologists, doctors, and health care providers and many others have spoken out during this pandemic, offering alternative views and treatments, but have been censored and suppressed. There is no one-size-fits-all solution to our current predicament, and we are much smarter when we can consider diverse points of view. Each person is free to decide what is true and what works for them. Unelected and unaccountable individuals who are playing the role of public health experts but who who spout self-contradictory messages and have major conflicts of interest do not speak for me or my health or life choices. The real danger comes from closing down discussion of alternative possibilities and from some people deciding they know what works for everyone else.

When someone comes at us, telling us that we’re wrong for holding or espousing certain viewpoints, we can gently say things like, “I get that things is scary and you feel I am wrong. That’s okay. I am very concerned, too.” Only offer alternative ideas when there is an opening for doing so.

I cannot (will not) change my mind.

I can consider and revise my views in light of new evidence. I am okay with being shown I was “wrong,” for then I am open to revision and to seeing more of the truth. I do not need to defend my current or past positions.

I am afraid and believe we must control others in order to be safe and not be afraid. Individual rights are a luxury we cannot afford.

Each of us must weigh for him/her/themselves the ratio of risk to benefit of taking any actions in our lives. If I get ill and show symptoms (proven now to be how all such coronaviruses transmit), I will be a caring and responsible citizen and self-quarantine. Otherwise, only I have the capacity and the right to know and exercise what works for me and my health care and life choices. No one can decide for me, or impose restrictive or potentially life-threatening or income-denying measures upon me. My body is sovereign and no one has the right to say otherwise. Further, all decisions made from fear serve only to reinforce fear, and induce behaviors and policies that limit freedom and sovereignty, leading to a society of suppression, surveillance and control. We should exercise, as always, healthy care and sensible caution in navigating our world, but we need not let fear limit our choices or drag others down with us. I do not want my benefit to come at the cost of your loss, nor will I countenance the same for myself in relation to others’ choices, absent clear and compelling reasons to do so. No government or group can ultimately protect everyone from death or accidents. We have the both the capacity and the right to live our lives naturally and free from fear and restrictive measures.

Ultimately, this is not battle in the usual sense, but a time of great choosing, and never has the choice been more clear for either side. However, we should not kid ourselves: there is a concerted and accelerated effort underway to dominate the minds, hearts and bodies of humanity. There is a technocratic vision (a.k.a. “The Great Reset”) being offered (more like, being shoved down our throats), driven largely by central bankers, big tech and big pharma. We recommend watching the video below to get the clearest picture of what’s being planned, much of which is already being rolled out. No, it’s not our desire to stoke fear with this, but to encourage clear seeing so we can understand and communicate to others what is on offer by “Mr. Global.” We, The People, armed with knowledge, can better navigate the current crisis, and can join with others in freedom to determine our own futures.

Fear Presents an Opportunity

Fear has the potential — and likehood — of dredging up memories and emotions from our past when we experienced disempowerment and lack of choice. For conscious beings, this is a great opportunity because fear can show us the places in us that still need our loving attention. Fear can be a great incitement to awakening and healing precisely because it reveals our patterns of contraction that can, with compassionate awareness, be unraveled and reintegrated. This can lead to deeper levels of trust (in ourselves, our bodies, Nature and Creation) and greater levels of self-empowerment and choice. Journaling, meditation and prayer can be very useful for reintegrating fear. It can also be helpful to seek outside help because fear works to convince us that the world it sees is real and can therefore make it difficult for us to step away from our own projections.
