In 2019 Dr. Zach Bush predicted there would be a major viral outbreak originating in China’s Hubei Province, which contains the city of Wuhan, due of the high levels of environmental toxins there, including the unsurpassed level of glyphosate being sprayed on crops, high levels air pollution, and massive open air hog waste ponds.
Dr. Stephanie Seneff, an MIT senior research scientist, also hypothesizes that aerosolized glyphosate (aka Roundup)(1) may play a role in COVID-19, as waste products from crops sprayed with this chemical are used to make biofuels for road, water and air transport and are also used as biomass for electricity generation plants. Since 2017, the EU has significantly increased its importation of biofuels, much of which are produced from “RoundUp-Ready” soybeans. The water-soluble Glyphosate is also known to proliferate in air and water just through its normal use on farms.(2) In one study, mice exposed to air samples from farms during glyphosate application developed elevated levels of eosinophils, neutrophils, and asthma-related cytokines.(3) Glyphosate also interferes with glycine production, an amino acid that is critical to our immune system because it helps to interrupt protein formation during viral replication.(4,5)
In November 2020, the US experienced a spike in COVID tests and deaths. The following map shows the hotspots (6):
Notice the correlation of these hotpots to corn and soybean production, which would have seen heavy harvesting in the fall across the Midwest. These crops make heavy use of glyphosate:

Notably, widespread glyphosate use started about 3 decades ago. Here is a map from 1999, which implies a more direct correlation with the COVID main northern hotspots and may be telling us about the long-term effects of the toxic buildup.
This is not only a critical observation about the state of our industrial food system, where glyphosate is strongly implicated in the increasing trends of a number of chronic diseases, but of our health care system – or perhaps more accurately, our disease care system – which, despite skilled and compassionate health care workers, routinely fails to successfully intervene to prevent and heal such conditions. The pharmaceutical industry, which has long dominated medical training and practice in the US, is deeply implicated here as the majority of its profits come from symptom management and not from providing actual cures.
That so many of our fellow citizens would be afflicted by obvious and measurable pharmaceutical and environmental factors in this way, while such influences would be so little discussed as causative agents in this “pandemic,” warrants deep skepticism of the received narrative. It also merits deep criticism of the medical, financial, academic, political and media establishment in this country, which have for too long “gone along with the program” when the US leads the world in self-terminating behaviors that are inexorably bringing on the sixth extinction. Many are now paying for this with their very lives.
